Recent Changes In International Cannabis Policy

Cannabis laws and regulations are being modernized in many parts of the world, with more governments pursuing and implementing sensible approaches to cannabis public policy with every passing year. Every policy and regulatory change at a national level has the potential to impact the wider region in which it is located, and in some cases, influence continental and international markets.

Legal experts provided an overview of the most significant recent policy changes and their potential impacts at the International Cannabis Business Conference, held in Berlin, Germany. The panel discussion included an analysis of cannabis rescheduling in the United States.
